    ikara, hats off!
    Thanks a lot!

Although I have seen none of the films you mention.
Now I'm feeling like an outsider! But I can't remember the titles of the other movies I saw anymore. May I remember within the next days, when I read about a movie here.

Yes! (wrote about it somewhere above)
Extremely funny and they just killed it with the German dubbing.
I love so many of them, but the wooden leg is my favourite.
My favourits are: "Unconditional Sex", "the girl with two breasts" and "the other end of the line".

btw. I am the proud owner of the complete DVD edition. *smilingbroadandproud*

For crime fans: 'Morse' and 'Lewis'.
    Lewis' sidekick is gorgeous.

I can't really get used to the new Walanders with Kenneth Brannagh, since I was a fan of the Swedish series. But I watch them anyway, I'm just too curious.

I also watched the Inspector Lynley series, although I don't like the actor. But Havers is portrayed nicely.
Other crimes I like to watch are 'Midsummer Murders' (Rosamunde Plicher in a crime costume), 'Dalziel and Pascoe', 'New tricks' and 'Foyles' war'.

Didn't anybody mention Fry and Laurie a few postings ago?...
I didn't even KNOW that Hugh Laurie is British! That's what happens if you watch American TV series in German on German TV.

ikara, don't worry. I haven't seen SO many films in my life.
(Just a few thousands.) I am grateful for any good proposals.

    So I really recommend "Frost/Nixon".

It's the amazing (but true) story about a psychological connection between two outstanding characters.

And rightly so! I borrowed them from a friend years ago. I'd love to see them again.
